We are looking for a highly detail oriented Digital Asset Administrator to join the team and manage the coordination and organization of digital assets. The “DAM Specialist” will be responsible for the distribution of creative assets, management, and improvement of our DAM system, while innovating towards operational excellence. The ideal candidate will bring scalable approaches and a deep understanding of digital media. They must be highly organized with a passion for marketing, photography, and brand content as the assets they will work with are the foundational content that our Marketing campaigns are built on. A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail is needed as the DAM Specialist will also maintain metadata and taxonomy needed to maintain standardization across creative assets. Working closely with Creative Directors, Project Managers, Creatives, Brand Marketers, and external agencies - they will be immersed in the day-to-day operations ensuring all creative assets get prepped and posted properly. With an opportunity to learn the full life cycle of an asset, they will communicate to team members when assets are available, downloaded assets have been revised, and assets are no longer available for use. Required Experience & Skills

  • 3+ years of digital asset management experience working with an enterprise-level DAM system.
  • Clear, concise, and professional communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Experience Manager preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree, Certifications, or equivalent working experience in a creative field.
